In 2017, by participating as a foreign counsel lawyer in the El Paso TX. Law University Initiative, whose object is to bring the first Law University to the city of El Paso TX., Carlos Enríquez was invited to address a conference at El Paso Bar Association (EBA) related to the practice of law in Mexico. Situation that next derived in an invitation to place the Barra y Colegio de Abogados de Ciudad Juarez, A.C. (BCACJ) and the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE) at the Board of Directors ex officio seat of the EBA.
Since then Carlos Enríquez have served as the BCACJ International Affairs Delegate, at the EBA Board of Directors ex officio seat.
During time of participaron at EBA Board of Directors ex officio, it has been possible to generate an international integration of lawyers at both borders.
